Are you pet friendly?
While we love our pets, only service animals are permitted on-site.
What is the age requirement to rent a room?
Do you provide breakfast or have a restaurant on site?
No, we like to support our local businesses. Our front desk staff will be more than happy to make recommendations.
Do you have a pool?
Yes, our non-heated pool is oceanfront and is open 9 a.m. to 10 p.m. during the summer months.
Do you have smoking rooms?
All of our rooms at the Hotel are non-smoking.
What discounts do you offer?
What is your check in and check out times?
Check in is at 3 p.m. check out is at 11 a.m.
Can we check in early?
If you arrive early and your room is ready, we would be more than happy to get you checked in. Unfortunately, depending on how early a prior guest checks out, we cannot guarantee a check in until 3 p.m.
Do you have an elevator?
No, stairs only as our Hotel only consists of 2 floors.
Do you require a deposit?
Deposits are not typically required, but would be for Special Rate types, such as advance purchases.
Do you do beach chair rentals?
At this moment, no. We will start rentals of chairs and umbrellas Memorial Day weekend.
What amenities do you offer?
We have our own beach access, an oceanfront pool with plenty of seating, grills in our community courtyard, free WiFi, free bike rental, 24 hours on site staff, coin operated washer and dryer, and observation decks on the second floor of hotel.
We heard you’re under remodel; are all rooms remodeled?
We are excited about the changes we are making to our property! While we have only remodeled a few of our guest rooms, we plan to continue renovations again in the mid- to late fall to minimize disruption to our guests. In the summer, you may see us updating our Lobby and Conference Center, which are in a separate building from guest rooms.
