Upon completion of the renovation, The Islander will be have 80 vacation rental condo-suites individually owned. These suites cannot be permanent residences. Rental management firms will be interviewed and the development group will select one of the area's leading Vacation Rental Management firms to handle on-site rentals. Phase II need not to be built but could offer an additional twenty new units.
We will continue to provide updated information on the Rentals of the Islander Suites and the rental management, dues, and association fees related to owning a vacation rental property.
